Confirmation/Delivery Policy

Your recharge/Bill payment may be take longer than usual time to process. It’s usually happened in case confirmation delay from bank. In such case we confirm that your payment is safe and update with 3 days of transaction if payment confirmed else it will refund to your account.

Refund Policy

If your money is deducted from your account for a failed or unsuccessful transaction, there is no need to worry your payment is very safe. The amount will be refunded in your account with in 3 to 5 days from the date of payment made. Please check statement within 5 days of transaction.
